TN - Applied Physics: Solving Problems with Technology

Workshop Abstract: Physics is rooted in solving problems. In this workshop we explore the Applied Physics resource designed by physics educators in collaboration with researchers from Perimeter Institute. The resource introduces students to concepts surrounding fluids and simple machines and then connects these fundamental concepts to recent advances in problem-solving, like computational thinking, coding, and the engineering design process.
